Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. We will send a notification email once the order has been shipped along with the tracking number (where applicable). 

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing to receive a full refund. Please drop us an email with your order number to hello@sundaysandsaints.com. Once the order is shipped, we apologise that it cannot be cancelled anymore. 

If you would like to modify your order or there is an issue regarding your order, please drop us an email within 24 hours to hello@sundaysandsaints.com before they are shipped.

Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. 

We take great care in inspecting every product and packaging it for the journey before it is shipping to you. 

We generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refund. However, if you have received a defective item (broken or damaged), please contact hello@sundaysandsaints.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we will assist you. Please include your order number, a description of the defect and photos of the item and we will do our best to address your complaints. 

Pre-Order and custom items 

Pre-order and custom items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

All orders that include a pre-order and/or custom item will only ship once the pre order and/or custom item becomes available. If you are adding other items to your order and want them to ship immediately, please place 2 separate orders and we will make sure to get your items out right away.
